How it works:
The working principle of the electrostatic precipitator is to use a high-voltage electric field to ionize the flue gas, and the dust charge in the gas flow is separated from the air flow under the action of the electric field. The negative electrode is made of metal wires with different cross-sectional shapes, called discharge electrodes. The positive electrode is made of metal plates with different geometries and is called a dust collector electrode. The performance of the electrostatic precipitator is affected by three factors: dust properties, equipment construction and flue gas flow rate. The specific resistance of dust is an indicator to evaluate conductivity, which has a direct impact on dust removal efficiency. If the specific resistance is too low, it is difficult for dust particles to remain on the dust collecting electrode, causing it to return to the airflow. The specific electric positive is too high, and the dust particle charge reaching the dust collection electrode is not easy to release, and the formation of a voltage gradient between the dust mornings will produce local breakdown and discharge phenomenon. These conditions will cause a decrease in sit efficiency.
Key features:

3、The inlet and outlet modes can be designed into a variety of forms according to the process layout and flue gas characteristics, and the process arrangement is flexible and changeable.
4、The blocking and diversion type airflow distribution device is adopted, and the airflow is evenly distributed without the phenomenon of ash blockage.
5、The precipitation electrode adopts 480C plate plate, and the discharge electrode adopts new RS tubular mangs-spine wire, which has reasonable polar matching, uniform discharge and good discharge performance.
6、The discharge electrode is reasonably connected to the frame, and there is no disconnection or disconnection
Description
The high-voltage electrostatic precipitator is a device that collects dust in flue gas by electrostatic purification method. It is an ideal equipment for purifying industrial exhaust gas. Its purification work mainly relies on the two systems of discharging electrode and precipitation electrode. When high-voltage direct current is input between the two poles, anions and cations are generated in the electrode space, and act on the surface of the exhaust gas particles passing through the electrostatic field, moving to the electrode with opposite polarity under the action of the electric field force, and deposited on the electrode to achieve the purpose of dust collection. Both pole systems have a beating device, when the beating periodically knocks the two-pole device, the dust adhering to it is shaken off and falls into the lower ash hopper and discharged out of the machine through the ash discharge device. The purified exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the tobacco meat from the outlet, and the flue gas purification process is completed.
