Normal Idlers for conveyor Product process
The shaft is made of high-precision cold-drawn steel, and the pipe washing is made of high-frequency special welded pipe with uniform wall thickness and high roundness and straightness, which effectively reduces radial runout. The bearing adopts authentic Har, Wa, Luo products, the bearing housing and dust cover are made of high-quality steel plate, and Runman adopts disposable long-term potassium-based lubricating oil, and adopts labyrinth sealing structure waterproof, good dustproof performance. The coefficient of rotational friction under laboratory conditions is 0.02~0022, and the coefficient of on-site T condition simulation is 0.022.
